WE NEED YOUR HELP!
Preparation for the Conference is in full swing. Please look over the following list of needs to see where you can help us out. The person's name following the title is coordinating the activities in that committee. In most cases, each item under the headings requires one person. Areas marked with (*) we need help with right away. Thank you in advance for your help!

- Solicit ads from local businesses and the homeschool community for the Program Guide/Service Directory*. This provides critical revenue for the conference. Everyone can help with this - we will provide a letter for you.
- Gather donations for the door prize drawing (we have a letter you can take to your local merchants)*
- Set up the donations received and coordinate the door prize drawing (June)
- Make sure vestments, hosts, vessels, books and any other needs are provided for the Mass (June)
- Put together the conference folders (all materials provided) (June)
- Assist is the mailing of conference materials
- Assist in making name tags for attendees, speakers and vendors
- Coordinate staffing of registration area during the conference
- Staff the registration area
- Create directional and informational signage for the conference
- Coordinate speaker host(ess) for each speaker
- Speaker Hosts/Hostess - greets the speaker; introduces the speaker at their talk(s); and makes sure their needs are met, including water, copies, etc. (June)
