How can I pay?

Payment for the Rocky Mountain Catholic Home Educators Conference must be made by check to RMCHEC. No credit cards, please.

What is your child attendance policy?

Due to limited space, resources and the liability involved, we ask that only nursing / non-separating babies attend the conference with parents.

Are children allowed in the vendor area?

Only older children, who have registered, may be in the vendor area, supervised by an adult. The vendor area is a place of business for exhibitors and conference attendees. While relaxed, a professional atmosphere is expected.

Can Teens attend?

Teens ages 14 - 18 are welcome to register for our Teen Track Session. Those registered for the Teen Track will be expected to be timely, respectful and polite, and stay within the designated areas for the Teen Track program. If a teen, for whatever reason leaves the Teen Track, he / she must be supervised by a parent for the duration of the conference. Are discounts or scholarships available for the conference?

We don’t want anyone to miss the conference due to finances. Please contact Debbie Simon at debbie@rmchec.org or 719-593-1917 for details.

What kind of payment do vendors accept?

Most, but not all, accept major credit cards. We suggest bringing some cash and your checkbook as well, especially for individual used book sellers who may require cash or check only.
